Mitch Hunter and Pride
Pride found Mitch Hunter on Dark Eden, in a dead town where people were killed by the Red Plague, where Hunter was bringed in by the Major of Last Chance, Tom Dedston. Pride here was an experiment the local crackpot scientist cobbled together before the plague got him.
Overview[]
Pride came up to the group of heroes and introduced himself, jumping up on Hunter and starting licking his face. Since then, Hunter immediately made frendship with the dog while the other heroes stay distant, and Indigo was disgusted. During the investigation seeking for the North American Skull, Pride finds the coffin of the old Capitol greatest leader and takes off with one of the leader's bones (an upper arm or leg bone); the Skull was missing though as probably already revocered by Colonel Harding.

Pride can talk human language thanks to a box in his throat, probably part of the experiment the scientist was doing on him. It showed incredible aptitude: no matter what request Mitch made, the dog found the solution, almost as if he understood every word Mitch uttered.
Pride has incredibly keen senses, more so than any dog that Major General Dwayne Bounty, the head of the Capitol K-9 corps, has ever seen before. Unlike the majority of K-9 hounds, Pride is not an attack dog, but instead is better suited to scouting, recon or search missions. His sense of smell is unmatched and he possesses an uncanny ability to seek out necrotechnology.
